born 14 July 1968.  His parents were Paul Neubert and Trudy. He had no full siblings, but two half brothers (Thierry and Christian) from an earlier marriage between Paul and Lydia.

Frank enjoyed a varied career structure, including gardening and security work, before being employed by the Paris underground as an engineer.  He met his parner Sylvie through an aikido class, in which they both attained dan grades (black belt).

He has a daughter Ilona Neubert born 13-11-2000.
